The Balfour Beatty Communities Fort Bliss Community Centers offer a multitude of features for resident enjoyment including a splash park, play area, multipurpose room with a projection screen and kitchen, game room with air hockey, ping pong, and a flat screen TV, fitness center, and a swimming pool. Many
LifeWorks events are held at the Community Center.
Spaces within the Fort Bliss Community Centers may be rented our for private events by residents. To request to rent a room, please contact the
Community Management Office.
Community Pools & Splash Park
There are two community pools and a splash park available for residents to use. Features include a salt water pool and kiddie pool.

Spring Swim Season:
Saturday & Sunday 12:00pm-8:00pm
Summer Swim Season:
Tuesday-Friday 12:00pm-7:00pm

Pool Rules
- The pool is open only when life guard(s) on duty.
- Everyone must shower before entering pool.
- No pets allowed in food area.
- No food or drink in pool or on pool deck.
- No diving, running,yelling, or rough play.
- No large reclining flotation devices. Individual floaties and pool noodles are allowed.
- All children in the pool area must have personal adult supervision.
- Glass and other hazardous objects are not permitted within the pool area or bathrooms.
- Pool maximum occupancy: 40
- Everyone must exit the pool by order of life guard(s) for cleaning, breaks, or inclement weather.
- Use of pool is at your own risk. Balfour Beatty is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items.
- Management reserves the right to deny use of the pool to anyone at anytime.
- Due to the size of the swimming pool and area, only Balfour Beatty Communities residents may use the pool.
- During the week only (Monday-Friday), two guests per household will be allowed.
- Adult ID is needed to verify Balfour Beatty Communities-Fort Bliss Family Housing residency.
Playgrounds, Parks & Community Garden
Playgrounds and tot lots are located in every neighborhood. Park and picnic areas can be found at Kelly Park. Kelly Park can be accessed Tuesday-Sunday 10:00am-7:00pm during the summer and 10:00am-5:00pm during the winter. Features include grills and pavillions with electrical outlets. Pavilions can be rented out by residents by contacting the Community Management Office. A community garden is located in the Logan Community for resident enjoyment. A dog park is featured in teh Kelly Park Community.
Fitness Centers & Athletic Courts
There are two fitness centers available to residents that feature treadmill, elliptical, and bicycle machines as well as an all-in-one weight system. Fitness centers can be accessed 10:00am-7:00pm. In addtion to fitness centers, volleyball, tennis, basketball, and baseball courts are available.
